RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At UFN, we want you to feel great about every order. Because we offer both food products and merchandise, our policy is divided into two sections below.

FOOD PRODUCTS - SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our products and want you to love your purchase.

If there is an issue with your food order, including damage in transit, incorrect items, freshness concerns, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@ultrafreshnuts.com.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Because food products are consumable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or delivered food products.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS (30 DAYS)
Non-food merchandise such as apparel, accessories, or other branded goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached (if applicable)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a merchandise return, contact us at hello@ultrafreshnuts.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on food products.

For merchandise, the fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Food and consumable products
  • Opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom items

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable law. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to perishable or sealed food goods once opened, or other exempt products under applicable law.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or card provider.
