SHIPPING POLICY
At UFN, freshness matters. We operate on a weekly small-batch roasting schedule designed to deliver better flavor, better crunch, and a fresher product.

WEEKLY FRESH ROAST SCHEDULE
Orders are collected throughout the week.
We roast fresh batches on Saturdays.
Orders typically ship on Mondays.

This process helps us reduce shelf time and get fresher product into your hands.

ORDER CUT-OFFS
Orders placed after our weekly production cut-off may roll into the following week's batch. During high-volume periods, we may adjust schedules as needed.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on the way.

FRESHNESS FIRST
Unlike brands shipping warehouse stock that may have been packed long ago, UFN is built around fresh weekly production.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

CARRIER DELAYS
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Weather, holidays, and carrier volume may affect transit times.
